November was probably the most volatile month so far this year. It started with quite a rally until, as is typical for the stock market, various negative news items combined formed a thunderstorm. The circumstances that mainly produced this thunderstorm were, on the one hand, the not really transitory inflation and associated with it the measures announced by the FED to counteract it, and, on the other hand, the new virus variant and the associated announcements and speculation about how effective existing vaccines against it are. In addition, there were all kinds of other challenges that led to a strong cooling of investment sentiment overall (Fear & Greed Index fell to below 30 = fear, as described in my previous post etoro.tw/313zdfZ).
At the same time, I am happy to welcome 100 new followers and about 10 new copiers: A warm welcome to you! I am glad you have joined the portfolio - you have made a good decision. At the same time, I will never tire of appealing to the patience of my copiers: this portfolio is balanced and yet competitive. Therefore, there is a certain planned volatility and it makes sense in particular to use price weaknesses like the current one to increase the copy and not to get out again after a few days - this way you only pay spreads and lose valuable performance.
